Holly Draper

I've spent almost ten years designing government services as a user experience professional, specialising in user research, culture and ethnography. In that time I've seen what good looks like — and what holds teams back.

As a neurodivergent working mum, I know what it's like to join a meeting and feel like your perspective doesn't carry weight. I also know the joy of working alongside ambitious, creative, thoughtful people who are all invested in building something that works well for everyone.
I founded Research Design House because I wanted to be part of something different — something that puts inclusivity at the centre of how we work and what we deliver.
